Shipping policy

Custom hat turn around time is 1-3 weeks. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. 
Ready to ship hats, please allow up to 1 week to prepare your order for shipping. Once shipping label has been created your order will be dropped off at post office within one business day. 

Your package will ship to you via USPS. Once your package is shipped, you will receive your tracking number so that you can keep track of your delivery date.

Please be advised that once a package is dropped off to the post office, the speed of shipping is out of our hands. We cannot control what happens to any package once it is in the hands of USPS.
